TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the TALZIVO website, accounts, dashboards, listings, applications, training resources and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TALZIVO.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Notify TALZIVO promptly through the Help page if you suspect unauthorized access. Users below the age legally permitted to contract must use the platform only with appropriate parent, guardian or institutional consent.
2. PLATFORM ROLE
TALZIVO helps candidates discover internships, jobs, training and career-support services and helps employers publish opportunities and manage applicants. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TALZIVO is not the employer, educational institution, recruitment decision-maker or agent of either party. Employers independently control screening, interviews, selection, offers, supervision, workplace conditions and compensation.
3. NO GUARANTEE
Registration, verification, subscription, training, application submission or completion of a course does not guarantee shortlisting, selection, internship, employment, stipend, salary, certificate, placement or any particular result. Users must independently assess every opportunity and decision.
4. CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidates must submit truthful profile, education, skill, resume and application information; apply only where genuinely interested; attend agreed interviews or communicate cancellations; protect confidential employer information; and behave professionally. Forged documents, impersonation, plagiarism, cheating, harassment and attempts to manipulate the platform are prohibited.
5. EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITIES
Employers must provide verifiable business and authorized-contact information. Every listing must accurately disclose the role, required skills, location or remote status, duration, working hours, vacancies, stipend or salary, eligibility and selection process. Paid and unpaid opportunities must be clearly identified. Employers must comply with applicable employment, labour, internship, apprenticeship, tax, safety, anti-discrimination and data-protection requirements. Candidate data may be used only for legitimate recruitment connected to the relevant opportunity.
Employers must not publish fake or misleading roles, demand undisclosed candidate charges, make deceptive salary or placement claims, misuse applicant data, engage in discrimination or harassment, or assign unlawful, unsafe or unrelated work.
6. LISTING REVIEW AND VERIFICATION
TALZIVO may request documents, review listings, display verification indicators, seek clarification, reject or suspend content, and investigate reports. Verification is a risk-reduction measure, not an endorsement or guarantee. Users should conduct their own due diligence before sharing additional information, accepting an offer, paying a third party or beginning work.
7. TRAINING, MENTORSHIP AND CERTIFICATES
Course outlines, schedules, instructors, assessments, eligibility and fees will be shown before enrolment where applicable. Certificates or completion documents may be issued only when published requirements are met. Such documents do not constitute a degree, government qualification or employment guarantee unless explicitly stated and lawfully authorized.
8. FEES, PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Basic opportunity applications may be offered without a compulsory placement fee. Optional courses, subscriptions, resume services, mentorship or other premium services may carry charges disclosed before purchase. Applicable taxes and payment terms will be shown at checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy presented for the specific service at purchase. TALZIVO never authorizes an employer to collect an undisclosed fee from a candidate through a listing.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not violate law or third-party rights; scrape, copy or resell platform data; introduce malware; probe security; bypass access controls; send spam; create fraudulent accounts; harvest contact details; interfere with platform operation; or use TALZIVO to exploit, threaten or harm another person.
10. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TALZIVO a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and share that content as necessary to operate the service and fulfil your requests. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. TALZIVO branding, software, design and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
11. PRIVACY
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Candidates acknowledge that information included in an application may be shared with the employer receiving that application. Employers must protect it and may not use it for unrelated marketing or onward disclosure without a lawful basis.
12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
TALZIVO may restrict, suspend or terminate access, remove listings or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to address fraud, safety risks, legal obligations, repeated complaints, policy violations or non-payment. Users may stop using the service at any time and may request account assistance through the Help page, subject to lawful retention requirements.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The platform may link to employer websites, payment providers, video services or other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply independently. TALZIVO is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
14. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
TALZIVO provides the platform on an as-available basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, TALZIVO is not liable for employer decisions, user misrepresentations, workplace conduct, third-party services or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
15. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for losses or claims arising from their unlawful conduct, infringement, fraud, misrepresentation or material breach of these Terms.
16. CHANGES
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security or service changes. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Material changes may be communicated through the platform where appropriate. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TALZIVO's operating entity. Courts with competent jurisdiction over that entity will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or statutory remedy available to you.
